Default Lo Carb Challenge for the week of 1/6

Well it's back and better than ever!

This is open to anyone!

List a goal or goals you would like to accomplish in 5 days and post daily your progress, give and get support!

I have joined the gym and I would like to be there 3 days this week.
I would also like to eat OP 5 Days !

Mentally I would like to get back on track ang focus on myself!

Who's up for the challenge??

OP for me!!! for all 7 days!!

no exercise till i am completely in control of my eating probably in 2 weeks!

so it is being good!!

OP yesterday and a great w/o Got all my water in . Can't wait until I am detoxed from teh carbs!

Off to teh gym!

Still OP! It was a struggle today. Didn't work out and then
had a stressful Day!

But still OP
Took a peek at the scale and saw some positive movement!

Wasn't going to weigh in till Friday but.....

I am OP I did eat a p-bar today and one carf free chocoalte bar (ross) but iam stoll OP otherwise!!! TOM came today so the scale is not bing kind to me!!

Well the week is over!

Op for 5 days , w/o 3 and am heading out soon for a total of 4 days in teh gym
Weighed in at 245# this am lost 2 #'s!
