Weekly challenges are a great way to stay accountable on your goals over shorter terms. You choose your goal for the week. It may or may not be sustainable over the long term. If a challenge/goal is not working after one week, re-evaluate and modify or move on. If you're thriving and you like it, feel free to reuse goals week to week as you integrate the healthy habits you develop with your routine!

I SO need this accountability this week. Checks for each day I do each thing:
1. exercise 6 out of 7 days -- ✔ ✔ ✔
2. M-T: no meat/dairy on these days -- ✔ ✔
3: 100 oz. water all seven days -- ✔ ✔
4. practice Dr. Weil breathing exercises all seven days -- ✔ ✔ ✔
I ended up eating chicken on Wednesday night, and didn't make my water either.

My goal is to lose the 11 lbs I've gained since last fall :o I'm going to take another 5 off this time too. A little extra wiggle room might be a good thing and it just makes my knees and back happier to be as low as I can reasonably maintain.
My challenges for this week:
1 - 100+ oz of water every day
2 - move every day, at least 15 minutes
3 - eat a clean Phase 1
4 - log every tiny bite

I am schedule to move to Phase 2 starting today...I'm currently trying to lose 80lbs by the end of the year. I'm working on mini goals to not get discourage.
This week my goals are:
1. Water, Water, and more Water (100oz)
2. aMove everyday. Starting Zumba Mon/Wed and walking atleast 20min the other days.
3. Adding in healthy carb to my food regime and not getting stumble
4. Losing 2lbs by Sunday..

I am also planning to leave phase 1, if the store has good looking strawberries, that is! I'm going to take it really slow though...
1. at least 100 oz water everyday
2. walk to work when weather permits (it's only 10 minutes and 0.5 mi each way) or find another way to get in 20 minutes of exercise when i don't walk
3. eat smaller portions of my meats and cheeses
4. slowly enter phase 1.5
22: 100+ oz water, rain today, will add 20 min to another day, very small amounts of meat and cheese, 4 medium strawberries and one tsp mini semi sweet chocolate morsels
23: 100+, 20 min walk, low meats, kinda lots of cheese, 4 med strawberries
24: ~100 oz, 10 min walk, low meat, high cheese, strawberries
25: 100+, 20 min walk, meat and cheese good, strawberries
26: 100+, no exercise, meat cheese good, strawberries and mini semisweet chocolate morsels
27: 100+, no exercise, meat cheese good, blueberries
Will be going away for the holiday weekend, i assume there will be a lot of walking as long as the weather stays decent!
