i have only heard about sugarbusters from joing 3fatchicks a couple of weeks ago and am interested to know more in relation to pcos. I have borrowed the book from the library and have started reading but would like to hear from others in the same position and how they find using sugarbusters.

I have had very little problems with pcos in the past except of some fertility problems but have found since the birth of baby #3 and having put on more weight that my cycle is haywire. I am also being treated for post natal depression and wonder about food choices and whether they can help this.

Can you throw any light on this? Have been told low gi is the way to go.:?:

Hi ACW! I have PCOS and, I think there are several other gals on the main weekly motivational thread that do too.

My Endo put me on SB and my health has gotten better, but my weight is nothing to write home about. I do like SB and find that it's very do-able and realistic.

The gals on the main thread will be able to help with tons of motivation and information. Hope to see you there!
