Red face 75 pounds down, 10 to go!
75 pounds down!!!

10 pounds to go until I reach my goal weight. YAY!!!

I remember being jealous of the dieters who only had 10 pounds to lose. Thinking thoughts like, "What?! You don't need to lose 10 pounds!" or "That's SO easy to lose 10 pounds!"

And now, here I am. It's been a crazy ride getting here.

I just need to remember what I used to tell myself: Ten pounds is NOTHING. I'll be at my goal weight before I know it.

Wow! That is SO amazing! I know what you mean! In the past, I've thought the same thing and then, I got close to goal and ended up gaining it back. Keep your eye on the prize and once you reach goal, make new goals that are not weight related, but health related. I know you didn't ask, but I just couldn't help myself. You're an inspiration!
