Has anyone tried it? Does it make good treats? Does it work well?

Why not mix fruit in a blender and throw it in the freezer? Seems like a waste of money to me.

I did a google search and looks to be an informercial product that makes 'ice cream' out of bananas.

Ah, just freeze sliced bananas (easier and freezes faster) then put in blender with about 1/2 cup to 3/4 cup vanilla yogurt- SOOOO good and great if you're out of ice cream or frozen yogurt. :)

Oh yes, frozen bananas taste just like a soft serve ice cream treat to me. In fact, I think someone posted that idea on here somewhere.

Take your very ripe bananas and freeze them. When your craving ice cream take one out and let it thaw slightly. Slice and pop in the blender with a splash of milk (I use almond) and a bit of chocate syrup. (SF, if you like it). Blend and Viola' ----soft serve ice cream that's healthy and delish!!

That's a good idea! Do you peal them before hand?

Yes, always peel bananas before you freeze them.
