I did it! I've been knocking at the door for weeks and I'm finally in!!!!
This morning's official weigh in 199#!!!!!
It's been a while since I've been here and for the first time in a long time I really, really feel like I can go all the way to goal.
I've lost weight before, I've lost over a hundred and twenty pounds before. I've even maintained the loss for years. But I've never reached goal. My lowest was around 165# size 12. Good, but not goal.
I've finally realized that it doesn't end. That I can happily journal my calories for the rest of my days if that's what it takes. I have always made healthy food choices, my problem is with portions. If I stop tracking the plate gets heavy.
I still have a long way to go. There's about fifty pounds I'd like to drop to be at goal. But today is a day of celebration. Today I'm finally out from under 200's thumb. Today I'm in One-derland, and it's pretty nice here.:D

Great job! It is such a psychological boost to have the weight that starts with a 1 instead of 2!

Thanks everyone!! I think I was glowing today.
It was a particularly rough day with a lot of high maintenance situations but all I could think about was the fact that I was finally wearing pants in the next size down. Made me smile from the inside.
It's funny, if I keep this up I'm gonna end up with a reputation for always being happy under stress- then they'll throw more high intensity stuff at me.
I'll tell you, dropping a size picks up my mood better than a Twix bar ever did!
Thanks for adding me to the list!

That's huge! Knowing it doesn't end, and committing to it for life, that is a major achievement. Onederland was going to come, you know how to lose, but I am so hopeful you won't ever see the other side of 199 again :)
