I started WW 1 month ago. I have to honest when I tell you that I have wanted to quit 3 times. I went to the point of contacting WW online to cancel. Well it is not easy to cancel with WW. I sure am glad it wasn't as easy as a click of a button. If it was I would not be almost 10 pounds lighter right now.
I am the type of person that HAS to have something to keep me accountable. I am proud to say that after a month of WW I find myself automatically making good decisions and choosing better foods. I never thought I would be able to do that. Hard to believe 2 months ago every dinner we had had bread and dessert. Now every dinner we have has some type of fresh vegetable. No Bread and very seldom dessert.
I want everyone to know that if I can do it so can YOU !!!!!!!!!!
Start Date April 11 - Start weight was 193
I weigh on Monday's so last weeks weight was 183.2
I am so very excited to my weigh in tomorrow. I feel GREAT !!
