Default the WATER fast???
What is water fasting anyway? im thinking of doing a trial day for it...

how long will you see results if you try to burn about 250 calories every day (which results in 1 pound every two weeks burned)?

Weight loss with water fasting is not long lasting. It is only a temporary fix.

There are multiple issues with fasting for weight loss and it isn't something we support on this site. I am going to close this thread.
