Geezzzzz, my second post already this morning:lol:
Just have one more question. This stuff is awful, is there a way to make it drinkable:^:
I thought it would be the answer to my craving for ice cream:lol:
If only ice cream tasted this bad i wouldn't ever want it

Thanks

I have never ever found a shake mix that I liked! Anyhow, they probably should not be used opn Induction. Check out the Recipe section under Miscellaneous - I'm pretty sure there's good stuff there. Most chicks prefer whey protein powder to the soy powder but it's up to you.

oh chuckie. if it's really gross, try another brand. i've been using GNC's pro performance chocolate whey protein. and i mix into it: 2 tsp unsweetened cocoa, a tablespoon or so of SF/FF chocolate pudding powder, 1 packet splenda, and a scoop of crystalline calcium.

you can also try those SF da vinci [or similar] syrups.

good luck! and i prefer EAS low carb shakes for a premixed thing.

The EAS choc. pre-mixed shakes are good. I'm still searching for a powdered one that's even decent tasting. My pantry has 3 containers of the stuff, and I never touch them.

I've got Atkins vanilla shake powder. let me tell you that stuff is nasty. So until I use it up, then I'll never get it again, I put vanilla extract Splenda and peanut butter in it. Then if I am hungry for a real treat, I'll put 1/2 of a LC candy bar in it. That only increases it by a carb or 2. I should have asked questions before I bought that stuff. I'm too cheap to throw it out though. Judy

I can't use it now, restarted the introduction again. I saw it in my cupboard and thought YUCK! And wondered how i could make this stuff taste better? I'm like Judy it's to pricey to just throw out.
Thanks for all the replys.
