Default sugar free/ fat free/ jello pudding

wondering if anyone has tried adding a tablespoon to their drinks? i have been and it makes them heavenly! i drink one eas rtd box a day to help on cost, and adding the 1 tablespoon of pudding in the shaker to the eas makes it wonderful!!!!!!! i have still been losing, and i only do it once a day. any thoughts? and if this is bad, please, someone tell me, cause i am in just my 4th week.

Honestly, as long as you're losing I'd say don't worry about it! Little things that make the process more enjoyable are great!

When I looked last only the Jello was 0/0/0 but i would love to be wrong.

This sounds yummy!.. what kind of sweetener is in the pudding?.. I can't do aspartame...
