-11 total on MF. I'm now down 28 lbs since November. It's a little disappointing nobody has noticed yet!
So far the MF plan has been easy. My energy is through the roof so much that I started doing Crossfit again. I'm so happy to be back doing something physically challenging. It's a good combination of metabolic conditioning and strength training. I'm pretty confident that MF + Crossfit will yield good results. Can't wait to see my muscles again.
