My 16 year old boyfriend is on SlimFast. He's muscular (he can squat 300 lbs, in bulk), 5'4" and weighs 180 pounds.
I'm not sure it's safe, because he had diarrhea for a few days when he first started. Now, he has cravings.
In my opinion, it would be difficult to keep the weight off after SlimFast, given that you need to wean yourself from shakes & bars, and onto a healthy diet.
What are your opinions on the Slim Fast Diet?
I think it is ok once or twice a day if the rest of your meals are nutritious. I always haveSlimfast on hand as I make a smoothie for breakfast and when I am out of milk I use my Slimfast in place of my smoothie I often add a banana or fresh strawberries with the Slimfast and blend it together.
