Default New to 3 Fat Chicks & South Beach
I'm starting the SBD starting today,May 2nd. Was surfing the internet and looking for other South Beachers & discovered 3FatChicks.

I've tried WW in the past to no avail... a friend introduced me to the South Beach Diet last week and I thought I'd give it a whirl. I am a stay at home homeschooling Mom of 5, and counting calories and points is hard for me to do. I'm hoping that having a plan like this will be something I can do a bit easier.

Welcome! This is an amazing place filled with support and ideas and great recipes. I actually first found 3fc years ago through my own stint with WW. Hate counting points!
