Since I've been wearing a convertible bra with criss crossing bra straps in the back, my constant and sometimes debilitating shoulder/back pain is GONE.
I was a 44 H, now I"m a 40 DDD, still having horrible pain, until now!
Now I just wish the balconette came with convertible straps!
:(
t-shirt bra and mirika sports bra it is then!

Well, looks like I'll finally have to break down and buy one. I wondered if crossing the straps would help with the shoulder pain issues.
That, and I should probably go get measured and properly fitted. I've lost nearly 30 pounds...and, while my band size has decreased, I'm at a larger cup size than before...while I don't mind that at all, I'd like to be a bit more comfortable in day to day life.
I'm glad you've found something that works for you!

I'm glad you found such relief in such a convenient solution. I will actually only buy racer-back bras because slipping straps makes me crazy.

Have you tried googling "posture bra?" Maybe that could help?
But I'm glad criss crossing helps too!
GL!
