I've got a detailed list of my Mini Goals here ( for all those who are interested in a bit of reading! There's also a link on that page to the process behind the goals too.

Mini Goal #1 is to lose 3 lbs between 1st May - 22nd May (3 weeks).

Week 1 Progress: 2 lbs lost!!
