So here I am back getting into the grove of things, I just bought Jillian Michaels Ripped in 30! I'm a little tired of 30 day shred and don't have much motivation for it.
This DVD is for four weeks, four 20 minute workouts 1 for each week. Anyone else want to join me on the Ripped in 30 journey? I just finished day 1!
