Exercise! - C25k on treadmill? iphone app?

I couldn't find anything in the search that talks about c25k on a treadmill.
Does anybody have experience with this? I need some plan to workout on the treadmill and I don't like the programs on it. I thought maybe c25k would work. Any comments?
I also am looking for an iphone/ipod touch app for c25k. I heard a lot about apps and that it uses GPS to track. But what about running on a treadmill? Does that work/track too?
I am sure I will run outside later too but right now I would prefer to get started on the treadmill because of spring weather (aka snow, mud, rain etc)

PS: More questions regarding treadmill running. How fast is a brisk walk? How fast do I need to run? Not sure about the settings in km/mi required. Thanks.

I did nearly all of the C25K program on the treadmill with very little outside. Most of my running is still inside with about one day a week outside, dang weather. I used an app for my itouch called C25K by Lucius Kwak. You can play your own music while it is running. It tells you when to walk and when to run and keeps track of the days. I loved it. Having a firm plan got me through the program. There is no GPS on that app though.

Thanks aimeebell. I checked the app store and it looks great! One question, do you have the C25k or the C210k app? Looks to me like the same app only that the C210k offers more week and a goal of 10k. I am just wondering if I should go and buy the 10k one instead since it starts at zero and takes me further (in case I ever make it to 5k and want more).

At the time, I didn't know about the 10K option, so I only got the 5K. Had I known, I probably would have stuck with the C25K because I really liked having the idea of COMPLETING the program and I had no plans to ever run a step further than 5K, though I have since.

I do the c25k on a treadmil! Love it! I do plan on finishing the program inside and then taking it outside and starting at whatever week I need to start at (I'm thinking week 4 maybe?). I kept my treadmill at a 2% incline and my runs were slow. That's the advice of graduates of the program. Speed comes after. Right now you are conditioning your lungs and muscles and ligaments, etc...to running. So depending on how tall you are, your mph might be different then mine (I'm 5'4"). My brisk walks are at 4mph (2% incline) and my runs are at 4.4mph (2% incline). My daughter (who is 11 and shorter then me) runs at 3.8 LOL! So...it depends on stride! Good luck and have fun!!!
