If you wiegh between 14 and 16 stone the WW limit is 24 points,

between 12 stone and 14 it's 22 points
between 10 and 12 stone it's 20 points
and under 12 stone it's 18 points

over 16 stone and it's 26 points

Am so sad I knew all that off by heart, it is very strange that a world wide organisation does different things in different countries. Although I had heard that in America they have point ranges.

Hope that helps

Wow  that is so different to our pts system..i have an old book and they tweaked it a bit (knocked 2 pts off the ranges:lol: )
but even so there is a big difference..wonder why? this is what my book say's :-

current weight daily pts range
less than 150lbs 18-25 (-2 = 23)
150 -174 lbs 20-27 (-2 = 25)
175 -199 lbs 22-29 (-2 = 27)
200 -224 lbs 24-31 (-2 = 29)
225 -250 lbs 26-33 (-2 = 31)
over 250lbs 28-35 (-2 = 33)

Tory i'm in Canada....so ignore these numbers and go by Carol's..i just wanted to show the HUGE difference..i was starving on 24pts max..i'd have snuffed it over there
