Default Vitamins and Supplements

I am having some confusion regarding the supplements and if and when to take them. I clearly see: calcium, potassium and magnesium.

I take Estroven and it has 1% daily allowance for Potassium, so I need more. It has 115% daily on Magnesium, I take a calcium supplement and 3000mg of Fish Oil already.

What else do I need? I also see a recommendation on Digestive Enzymes. Is this a problem? When I eat salad and a lot of fiber I get intense stomach pains and gas. Would these help with this?

Thanks.
Sher

The enzymes definitely help! Especially if you are sensitive to gluten.
