I need to set a short term goal that is easy to follow....I figured if I put my mind to it, I can lose 10 pounds by June 4th. Anyone else want to join me? I'm going to weigh in on Saturdays.


4/23 220.5....here we go!!! so excited to do with you alll!
4/30 220.0....signing up for my first race??? hopefully it will help!

June 3rd is my boyfriend's birthday, so that was already a mini goal in my head, although I didn't have a particular objective in mind. This is perfect! Good luck everyone!

I'm in too. And my weigh-in's are already on Saturday mornings. I always forget to update a thread though, so maybe I'll stick it in my siggy, lol.

I'm going to suscribe to keep coming back! :D

I'd love to be at 199 by then, I wonder if I can do 14. :crossed: The warrior dash is on 6/4 so this is a good goal!

That sounds like a great idea, I'd be happy to join. My goal will be to reach 229 for good by the end of this challenge. That would be like my lowest weight in the past 3 years (!) since I graduated from University. What a dream!

I fell off the wagon a little last month and would love to get back (and blow past!) my previous low weight of 208.6. I will weigh in on Saturdays as well! :)

Anyway, guess i didn't meet my goal of 160lbs, i intend to keep focused and see if i can lose 10lbs by July 1st.
