Mini-Goals - 1st Mini Goal down, 2nd starts today

I started to exercise at least 20 min a day 3 weeks ago and have been faithful to it since, its pretty easy now. My 2nd goal to stop eating sugar all together is hard but really necessary. Next will be no more dairy.
