Default This may be a little gross,but
How can you count calories when you can't
stay out of the bathroom! I ate a small piece of
birthday cake at lunch & now I feel like I took
an Exlax! Sorry for the details,but now I know
that there are somethings I shouldn't try to eat
again.

i hope you are feeling better.
I wonder this as well because sometimes i feel like it is coming STRAIGHT out... hope thats not too much info :|
