Well, I'm afraid I'm kind of a boring eater when I'm dieting, but it works for me! Once I figure out what I like, I'm kind of repetitive. lol

B: whole grain toast, cinnamon, peanut butter
L: big salad w/ black beans, lite balsamic dressing
Snack: cottage cheese
D: tilapia, broccoli, brown rice w/ salsa

Cheat: fruit juice bar

Ahhh, but it's working.

I think it might be easier to eat the same thing everyday when you are dieting...less thought process involved. I tend to eat the same thing everyday for breakfast and lunch whether I'm dieting or not, and then vary it up for dinner, but sometimes just the same thing over and over again. I don't really get bored with it, so I guess its ok. Yesterday I ended up going to ChickfilA for lunch, but I was pretty good...I had half a chargrilled chicken wrap and 4 french fries We ended up going out to Friday's for dinner and I had a petite sirloin with broccoli and a vegetable medley. And I had a protien shake with my mom after rehearsal...which was way better for me than the oreo milkshake I wanted to stop and get...

Today:
B: Kashi goLean with skim milk
L: 1 1/2 PBJ on WW
D: Grilled Chicken, brown rice and broccoli

We ended up making WW penne, with a mushroom red sauce, and the grilled chicken mixed in last night, with some parmesan. Today is my last day of Wave 1! I'm going out for a work dinner at Carrabbas, so I think I'm going to celebrate with a glass of wine.

B: 2 boiled eggs, WW toast, tea
L: Turkey sandwich on WW, sunchips
D: Probably grilled salmon, with veggies and a salad, WINE!!!

Well, I celebrated the end of Wave 1 a little too much yesterday. I had a piece of chocolate cake yesterday at work (why this seemed like a good idea, i do not know) a piece of white bread at dinner, and my glass of wine. I had been at 128.2 yesterday, and this morning there I was at 129.4. I believe that is called stupid tax. I probably wouldn't be upset about it if I had enjoyed the meal, but the salmon was overcooked, and the vegetables were salty. So, I'm going to do Wave 1 for a few more days, because I know I'll eat things I shouldn't on Easter, and that's ok.

B: 2 boiled eggs, WW toast, tea
L: Turkey sandwich on WW, sunchips
D: no idea, something suitable

Well, I way, waaay overdid it this weekend. It wasn't even that enjoyable, so I'm hoping that will be a good life lesson for me! I need to go shopping, so I'll just eat low-calorie today...then get my butt back in Sonoma gear!

B: whole grain toast, peanut butter, cinnamon
L: oatmeal
D: leftover Easter ham on a bun, broccoli/ cauliflower bake, 1/2 a deviled egg
