Angry Points Question.

hi,

I was on weight watchers once upon a time but had to quit as i couldent afford to keep going

I really want to start again and still have the books with the point value of food items but dont seem to have the bit about how many points you should be having

If its not too much trouble could someone help me out, if not then its no problem, i will just wait till i can afford to go back

I currently weigh about 16st (220lbs)

Many thanks!

Are you in England? If so, you will want to check the UK Fat Chicks threads. They count differently than in the US. If you are here, the points are 24-29 (200-224 pounds).
