My husband is a huge threat at this moment I had no idea what to do but come and post here to distract myself.

One of my main challenges is controlling my night time eating, I am not usually hungry I used to just eat for the heck of it. Well my husband decides he wants a snack, and what does he do... makes quesadillas. Yeah... that's an "s". He made 4. So now my entire house smells of melty butter and cheese and I actually feel like I'm about to cry. I'm not hungry yet every inch of my body is saying, EAT!!! I ate a little sugarfree jello to get some flavor and keep my mouth busy, but I'm having a hard time :( I just re-started my weight loss journey so it's all a huge change in lifestyle that I thought I was doing awesome on, and not having a hard time by it... now.... I hope to make it through the night.

Eat half of one or a very small amount of one. Then subtract those calories from your calorie count tomorrow and eat less tomorrow. Then have a talk with him about it and see if he wont mind doing this with you and not eating after a certain time if he doesnt want or need to do a weight loss plan with you tell him he can eat MORE at dinner as long as he doesnt eat past a certain time

Also something I do because I love to eat at night is I always leave myself 100-200 calories left at the end of the day to eat something right before I go to bed. I heard it is bad to eat right before you go to bed but I cant sleep unless my tummy is full so I leave myself some calories and eat a little less during the day. I usually have a 100 calorie dessert bar with a small cup of milk before I go to bed

Hubby does the SAME thing!! Drives me crazy! I dont have a solution. :(
