Only because of my weight loss forum buddy am I posting these pictures. I figured if I put them on my blog for her to see then everyone else who reads my blog will see them anyways so I might as well put them on 3FC! What the hay!

The before pictures were taken in June when I first started this journey. Around June 21 or so at 218 pounds. The lastest pictures were taken in March around 196 pounds. My progress has been steady and slow with a stall and slight gain between October and December. I recommitted at the end of December with the help of the success pictures and stories I found here on 3FC.

I'm still not at goal but these pictures make me realize how far I've come. I work out 6 days a week for 3.5 hours. 3 high intensity cardio days (Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays) for 20 minutes each time and 3 strength training days at no more than 45 minutes a session. I focus on upper body on one day and lower body on the other. So one week I'll have 2 upper body workouts and the next week there will be 2 lower body workouts.

I also eat 6 200 calorie meals a day every 2 hours.

It's sooooo important to take before pictures because sometimes it's really hard to see your progress in the mirror. I know that by Halloween I'll feel comfortable in the Supergirl costume that I want to get. I've been wanting that for the past 3 Halloweens. It's going to finally happen this year! :jig:

Thanks Scarlet! :) We can wear costumes to work on Halloween and I teach English to adults. I'm thinking I'm going to wear it to teach! LOL

Congratulations! That is a major difference. Those workouts are definitely working!
