hi everyone.
i'm new to this site and i'm in need of support.
i used to post a lot on the canadian weight watchers site, but i had a relative join, and i didn't feel comfortable posting there anymore.
i'm not doing weight watchers right now.
i'm trying to follow the canada food guide, and get in regular activity.
today was my first weigh in and i lost 2.8

i'd love to get to know you guys.

:wel3fc: ana! I just joined this site at the end of March and can honestly say I feel as though I stumbled on a gold mine. There are women with pounds (instead of years) experience. Lot's of newbie's and everything in between...and there are new folks joining everyday.

My only advise would be maybe to pick one of the support groups that aligns with your goals or challenges...too many forums can be hard to keep up with...at least for me.

However, I guarantee that you will find several folks here with you can relate, share, and gain motivation from!

Welcome! I joined in the beginning of April so I'm pretty new too. This site is wonderful! Everyone's so supportive and helpful, there's so much to learn here. I'm sorry things got uncomfortable on that other site (I know that frustration when people join sites you're on and it kind of forces you out). I am glad to meet you here though :) I wish you all the best!

i joined last month and the support, encouragement, and knowledge available just blows my mind. i know with the help of the wonderful people on this site i will be able to stick to it where i've failed before. hopefully you can find the same thing here!
