Full of malitol and sorbetal...if you must have chocolate, buy the LINDT 60% or 70% big bar...you can usually get it for $1.99
If you can't find that, look for any gourmet bar that is 60% and up in cocoa content.

:s: That sugar free candy is in the trash this morning.......it was the same as eating regular......it spoke to me in it's box all day and all nite long!!!! I will look for the chocolate bars maybe......:o

Thank you BOB! :) I've tried those sugar-free wafers and they DO NOT agree with me at all! However I did get some exercise running to the bathroom! :D
