Hello Everyone:
I am going to start the Sugar Busters tomorrow.
I have had a hard time with Sugar especially during the Holidays.
The only problem I have is having to have a high fiber diet too
I just need help.
I am so much out of hand.
Have been on WW , which is a good plan however just having a piece of cake did not help me in the least because I dont just eat one piece.
So I have to try to get the sugar out of my diet.
Also I wonder what kind of Cereal I am able to have because I am on cholesteral medicine .
I would love to hear from some of you .
