Mini-Goals - week 1!

down 4 pounds! possibly more, but there was some question re: what my starting weight in fact was last week. sooo it's either 4 or 5. but i'll take 4! i think it's a total "mind over matter" thing, but i feel like i can already "feel" it, but it might just be that my confidence is boosted.

Good for you! I think "feeling" it is just as important as seeing the number on the scale.

With a 5 lb loss I lost an inch on my waist - so even thought it's not huge number it makes a difference.

I agree that feeling it is very important. It's what keeps me motivated. Although I don't really see a difference on my waist yet, I see it in my face and in my attitude. Keep it up!!
