Mini-Goals - Working Towards My 5%

Rejoined weight watcher's on 3/28/2011. Went for my first weigh in today and was down 9.8 pounds. I know that a lot of that is probably water weight, but the way I look at it is a loss is a loss. Only 5.2 more pounds to go until I reach my 5%. I'm going to keep putting one foot in front of the other and am determined to reach all of my goals.

I just made the same comment on someone else's weight loss of 10 pounds in a week. Water weight, weight weight as long as the scale makes a descent I'm all over it! :lol: Congrats on your success thus far :jig: One foot in front of the other is the only way to make it to your goals.
I read a saying a while ago that I absolutely adore. Look at weight loss like a flight of stairs if you slipped down a few, would you go all the way down to the bottom and start all over again? No, you would get back up and continue climbing to the top!

Lost another 2.8 pounds this week. Now only have 1.4 pounds to go to reach my first mini goal of 5%. Hope to be able to do it this week.

Did not make my 5% this week, but still lost 0.6 pounds.....only 0.8 pounds left to lose to make my 5%.
