alot of people have better luck, eating more (never less). Im personally (for the past 4 weeks) have done better eating my daily allowance over (and maybe 5 of my weeklies (totals) spread out)... like i said though, alot of people lose more weight when they eat more. Kimberly (for example) is close to your weight, and she works out alot, she started losing when she ate more - because she was working out alot.
