Default Eating the Weeklies all at once?

Last night I went to a lecture, which included dinner. Tasty dinner. I saved up my 49 weeklies points plus values specifically for this occasion.
I also was very generous in how many points I allotted for things ( I wasn't able to bust out measuring cups ).

Has anyone eaten pretty much all of my weeklies in one sitting. Has anyone done this and lost?

I know that the WP and AP are there to be eaten, hence why they were given to us, but I still feel super guilty for indulging. I mean, I planned for it, ate slowly, monitored my hunger levels....
I weigh in Sunday morning....just curious about any one else's experience:

TIA!

Every Saturday night on dinner and drinks i eat more than half! I tend to only be able to eat half and still lose. I don't use any at the end of the week really. Don't feel guilty, even though i know what you mean lol!

I'm actually finding that when I have one pretty darn high-point meal, I lose a bit more that week. Maybe it's because I'm RIGHT ON with the rest of my points or if it kicks my metabolism up a bit, but I've had luck with that.

Glad it was worth it - was tasty!

Back in February I went out to dinner for a friend's birthday. Had an appetizer, entree, two cocktails and carrot cake. I had saved up all 49 points for that dinner and, like you, over estimated on everything. This was Friday night. Weigh in on Monday, I'd lost 4 lbs.

I've done it quite a few times in the last six months and had a loss. Everyone's body is different and it also may take a few days past your WI to show up but it is still possible to have a loss post a big point-splurge meal.

It took me awhile, but I figured out that I can only eat about half my weeklies if I want to lose. And less if I want to lose more than 1.5 lbs.

But I used to do that, and I lost 1 lb a week or less.

I usually eat most of my weeklies in 1 day (usually Saturday).

I went in for a 'courtesy weigh' to see where i am. Up almost 3 lbs. This could be due to me not counting properly, me eating too much sodium, me having eaten today before I weighed in, or me simply not being one of those people who can eat all the weeklies and still lose.

The truth will reveal itself on Sunday morning. It doesn't help that I have been overly hungry this week in addition to the lecture dinner... I'm trying to get my head around this so that if I do gain on Sunday I won't be too hard on myself about it. I tend to let the results of the weigh in really effect me, and my mood.

Sometimes I do but not that often. More typical is that I'll usually go out to dinner at least once on the weekends, and use my dailies plus some of my weeklies, and then use anywhere from 1/2 to all of my weeklies throughout the week.

Like others said, it may make the scale move up for a couple of days or more, depending on various factors, but a one time meal is not going derail your progress. Don't feel guilty - especially if you planned for it! Enjoy yourself, your food, and remember that this is a lifetime change, not a short-term fix.
