hi has anyone used one of these for weight loss. me and my friend rented one last week, i use it for 10 minutes every day. i can feel a difference already, but i have also been walking 3 miles per day so i don't know exactly what is due to the plate or the walk. doing both activties should benefit me though i think? its great for the 'love handles' they shake like mad on it he he he . anyone tried and tested vibroplates already?
