For an effective weight loss program it is important to incorporate exercise as well as making better dietary choices. While any kind of exercise is good for you, it has been proven many times over that just cardio or just strength training isn't the way to go...you need to have a combination of both, with a little bit of core focus as well. So as you plan out and track your exercise this week, be sure to get in 2-3 strength workouts and 2-3 cardio sessions. And don't forget about those abs! Monday - JM No More Trouble Zones, 20 min bike . . . 400 crunches to come
Tuesday - 20 min bike, 400 crunches, Zumba -45 min, 2 mile walk, 3 mile walk with 40 pounds of weight . . .
Wednesday - 20 min bike, 40 min Zumba, 400 CRUNCHES :drool:
Thursday - 45 min bike (15 inside, 30 outside) 1 mile walk with 40 lb back pack, 100 bicycle crunches, Zumba flat abs
Friday - 45 minute bike ride, 400 crunches
Saturday - 40 min bike ride, 400 crunches
Sunday - 3+ mile walk, 400 crunches

Monday- Post race "rest"/lite 60 min cardio machines+free weights = 600 cals burned vs. (1050 consumed)
Tuesday- Kick butt 60 min stairmaster + 60 min tread + free weights + 180 f'ng crunches = 1301 burned vs. (1150 consumed)
Wednesday-
Round 1: 90 min cardio (45 stairs/45 tread)+weights+60 f'ng crunches
Round 2: 45 min cardio machines + 145 more crunches
Round 3: "Walk The Plank" time: 12:23 /// Total cal burn for day = 1400 vs. (1235 consumed)
Thursday- 2 rounds cardio = 1139 burned vs. (1175 consumed)
Friday- 2 rounds cardio + 225 CRUNCHES! = 1050 cals burned vs. (1055 consumed)
