I see a bunch of "goodbye to _____" threads and was wondering if anyone else was trying to get out of the 190s and would want to do a thread for it??

Yes, this is just what I need! I've been in the 190's for about a year and can't get out. I keep losing a few pounds then surrender to food, and gain the few pounds back. It blows!

Yesssss! I have been in the 190s now for a little less than a month. Only one more pound to go and then I'm out! FINALLLLYYYYY! :-) I only lost .6 pounds this week.

Hopefully this thread can be the oomph to get me out before my weigh-in next Monday.

Yes! been hovering around 193-195 for about a month. I get motivated in the mornings and eat great during the day - but night time munchies and socializing have kept me from losing. Boo!

Yes! I finally got truly motivated this week after watching a couple documentaries about all the crap in our diet and how we've become a nation addicted to sugar. I cut it out and I lost almost 4 lbs. I'm hoping maybe next week or the week after I can finally say goodbye 190s. I've been here since I had my son in August.

Awesome! I'm glad you're all in the same boat with me!! lol I am 198ish as of this morning- HOPING for 196 on saturday's weigh in!

Do you guys just want to use this thread or start a new one?
