Weight Loss Support - Sick

So i've come down with some sort of Head/Chest cold and I dont know what it is but I've been sooo hungry today. I usually have a slimfast for breakfast and that tides me over until lunch, but today I had to supplement a half of a bagel as well. My calories are between 1300-1600 so i'm not out of range, but i've also wanted to snack more today. I went for a 2 mile walk yesterday but have no energy to exercise today.
:( How does everyone else deal with calories and exercise when they're sick?

i take a break from exercise and eat what my body is craving. usually if you have the munchies especially when your sick your body wants something and until you figure out what it is it will just keep trying to get you to try things until it finds what it's looking for. if you honestly have no idea what your craving and you can't figure it out then i say take a multi-vitamin but keep in mind the body often processes vitamin supplements differently then it does food.
