It's a pretty male dominated music style. While these songs may not be as fast as something poppy and upbeat, it gets me going and gives me a rush because it takes me back to concerts, and the feeling of being smack in the middle of a mosh pit. They're each like 10 minutes and very upbeat. Give them a listen on YouTube. Trust me they're amazing to work out to!!
