South Beach Diet - Didn't check good enough..

I did part of my shopping today. I was looking for whole grain food as I started phase 2 earlier this week. Well I bought 100% whole wheat bread.. I didn't notice that it only had 2 grams of fiber... the good part is it only has 1 gr of fat & 1 gram of sugar. I'm gonna have to use it but will look more carefully from now o :o

It's a learning experience! Just try to limit yourself to one slice per day if you must use it up.

One slice was all I planned to eat a day anyway till I find out how it treats me..
