Mini-Goals - 23 lbs lost, LULU39

I've lost 23 lbs in two months. I started with ideal protein and did it for 4 weeks and then the next 5 weeks I lost 10 more by eating salads and doing without everything white. I'm at standstill I need suggestions to jump start weight loss again.

You've done amazingly so far-what is your weight and your goal weight, and how tall are you? Should you tweak your calories, or up the intensity of your exercise?

I am in the same boat as you...ive heard of ppl stalling after like 50 or 100 lbs but 20 lbs seem so soon...dont let it get you down

I haven't been exercising like I should. I feel that I don't have time because I'm so busy working, and taking online classes, plus taking care of family. I'm going to have to make time. My goal is 100 lbs. When I started I weighed 251 lbs. and I am 5'2" tall. I really need to get down to 130 lbs., but I can deal with 150.

It seems to me like you've done a great job so far! and I know what you mean about work and being busy! I am in the same boat...but all you can do is try to squeeze some free time in for atleast some good exercise..afterall its for YOU :)
