I saw an ad during Heavy last night, that next week's episode is a "Where Are They Now" episode, following all the contestants months and months down the road to see how they're doing! I thought folks might be interested!

I always watch Heavy "on demand" what night is it on, is it Mondays?

That's great cuz I always wonder about some of them. I know the last one I watched (I'm a week or two behind) it said the woman was struggling to maintain her loss or something while the guy had lost like 25 more lbs.

That's great..I'll have to make sure it tapes. I too am curious how they are managing. We all know that losing is only 1/2 the battle.
