hi everyone is there a thread just for beginners on phase one??? im really looking foward to meeting new friends here...im kinda looking at this as my last resort to wieght loss ive tried them all and this site looks like a great place to start

i don't know if there is a thread specifically for phase 1'ers, but we do have a daily chat thread (for off-topic chatting) and a daily menu thread for posting your daily menu in any phase (it is really a great place to keep yourself accountable while at the same time, getting new ideas for meals).

I'd suggest posting on the daily so we can all get to know each other better and post your daily menu and any questions on the "on plan" thread. A new one will start for both tomorrow. If there are enough p1er's sometimes a mod will start a new thread.

Join in! It's a fun and supportive group and there's even another beacher from Maine!
