Default So long 190's
Weighed in today and I was down 1.4 and I'm finally in the 180's...for some reason I'm really proud of hitting the 180's, more so than when I hit the 210's, 200's or 190's...and I must say that PP is really working for me. I don't seem to lose as much each week but I am definitely more satisfied and less likely to go off program!

Congratulations!

I think I understand your feeling about being more excited to get into the 180s. It's like "yeah, I am definitely in the 100s, no more being close to the 200 edge again" It's a good, secure feeling.

Congrats on the milestone! I too don't feel deprived and I'm hoping that I can maintain it to reach my goal!
