Default 5k!

So this weekend Im running a 5k! I've been sort of training for it at the gym..I can run the distance pretty much without breaks and in between running sessions Ive been doing my normal exercise route of cycling/30DS. Im running it with one of my good friends..my best friend was also supposed to run this with us but she bailed for several stupid reasons (ex: Oh I meant too!, I dont want to spend $30 to run 3 miles, ext) which is irritating. Im really looking forward to it though yay!

Whoo hoo!! 5k's are soo much fun! You will love it! And your friend who dropped out will be jealous when you show her your free T-Shirt and tell her how much fun you had!!

Its really aggravating...shes been my friend since Jr high school and lately shes been such a witch!! And SO FLAKY!!! Ugh, its so annoying, we had been talking about running this 5k since January! She had 2 months to sign up for it too...ugh. But Im still gonna have fun..get my medal for finishing and my free tshirt haha

Good job girlie! 5ks are the best. I'm training for the disneyland half marathon in September, and it's a doozy. Be careful with running, friend. It can get quite addictive! LOL

It's more fun to run solo, anyway. That nothing will slow you down!

Be sure to carb up the night before the 5k, you'll really notice the difference the next day!
