Seasons Greetings!

How is everyone doing? The old thread was getting very long so I started us over.

Tammy, I hope you are feeling good now. Did you forgo eating more inspite of that medicine?

Kady, when is school out?

Maureen, how's your weather and are you still walking to work?

Sis, how is your mom? Will she spend Christmas with you?

Susan, I am so glad you are doing well. I can't believe that they will remove your staples on Christmas day.

I hope everyone is staying OP------excuse me if I didn't mention everyone by name!!!!!!!!

I took Mother to the neurologist for a check-up. She's the same and will never get better. She still believes that all this will go away. I feel sorry for her. The holidays are hard on us all.

It's time to get everything wrapped. I'll do it today instead of waiting till next week and then stress out. :)

Let's all post more.

Tina

Hi,
Thanks for getting us started again Tina! :) I agree we all need to post more often. I miss everyone when they don't post often.

Tammy, hope you are feeling better!!! Do you get out of school on Friday?

Kady, have you made your goal yet? How's school?

Tina, I'm sorry the holidays are hard for ya'll. Your mom is lucky that she has you! You are a very special lady!

It's going pretty good here. I'm getting through physical therapy. :dizzy: I have to say "IT HURTS!!" I'm glad it is this week and not last week. I still sleep a lot during the day and don't sleep during the night. If I sleep more than an hour or two my knee gets real stiff. Oh well, it doesn't hurt like it use to!!! So I'm not going to complain.

Here's to wrapping all those presents and getting everything ready for Christmas. :grouphug:

Hey. I'm new to do WW from home, but not the program. I attented meetings for over a year but could no longer afford to go, I came across this site and decided with the support here, I had the will to do this from my home. I hope ya'll dont mind if I join in?

Tina,
My mom is doing pretty good. Thanks so much for asking. She has gained weight (not a problem for me :D ) and she is back home now. We check on her all the time and do for her whatever she needs. Yes she is going to be with us on Christmas. My family always has a BIG get together. Probably around 30 or so this year. :D I can't wait! I am sorry to hear about your mom. I will say a prayer for you and your family. Take care and have a wonderful Christmas holiday and New Year.....Sis

Gypsy, I don't attend the meetings either. In fact, I haven't even been following the program. I need to get back to it.

I had to go back to the doctor this week. Just not getting better. He sent me for a chest x-ray. No pneumonia, no tumors. Thank God for that!
I am on a new antibiotic and another inhaler. If I'm not better by Monday, he wants to try prednisone again. I WILL BE BETTER BY MONDAY!!

Tim gets his wisdom teeth out Monday morning. Oh boy!

My family will be here tomorrow for our Christmas. Just finished making deviled eggs. Everyone's favorite.

I'll try to get back on here more often. I just haven't felt like doing much at all. Even just sitting in the chair at the computer wears me out.

Friday was our last day of school until January 6. I am really looking forward to the time off. I need to get healthy.

Hi group!

Gypsy, we are glad to have you join in our discussions/talks.

Susan, how are you feeling????? Is the therapy getting easier, less painful?

Sis, I'm glad your mother is able to be at home. That surely makes her feel better. You are a good daughter!

Tammy, I am sooooo sorry you aren't getting over your bronchitis. Glad the x-ray didn't show anything terrible in there. :)
Take it easy. Being out of school for so long will give you more time to rest. Poor Tim------Having his wisdom teeth taken out before Christmas!!!!!!! That's not fair.

Maureen and Kady---how are you all doing?

I just can't believe that Christmas will be here Wednesday! Where has the time gone!

Tina

Tammy

Tina, we chose the day for his wisdom teeth to be done!! Can you believe it? We had to work around Scouts, band, orchestra, academic team, and basketball? Can you say "That boy is doing too much!!!!". lol He should be able to play in the orchestra Christmas Eve at church since he plays drums.

Susan, I'm so glad that your surgery is over. I know quite a few people who have had knee surgery and they are always amazed at how much better they feel.

Today my brothers and their familes were here. I fell asleep!!! We usually play Trivial Pursuit, but I didn't even get it out. After they left, I took my temperature and it was up to almost 100. My normal is 97.6, so 100 is pretty high for me. I slept for 2 hours and now I feel better and the temp is right at 98. Weird. Now I want to play Trivial Pursuit!!! Maybe I can talk Tim into a game.

Hope everyone had a great weekend!!

MERRY CHRISTMAS!!!

I can't believe that it is almost here! You blink and it's that time of the year again. Hope everyone has a wonderful holiday! This is one of my favorite time of the year. I love the meaning of Christmas and all of the lights.

Tammy, I hope that you are better today. Did you get on the predinose? You probably need to be on it! How is Tim doing? Poor baby, having those wisdom teeth out hurt! Ya'll take it easy!!

Tina, how's the weather down your way? It 's cold and rainy here. Pat's going to build me a fire when he gets back from his lunch meeting.

Sis, sounds like ya'll will have a blast with your family.

I'm doing pretty good. Each day gets easier. I'm still sitting around alot and staying off of it. I'm doing just what I'm suppose to!! I'm down to just a couple of pain pills a day. I'm sleeping better at night but I'm still waking up. Oh well.... I go back to the dr. on Jan. 6. I'm soooooo glad that I had this done NOW! and not wait until the summer. I still have physical therapy and he comes out to the house. I have it 3 times this week and once next week. Then I'll be reevaluated at the dr.'s office.

Ya'll have a very Merry Christmas!!!

Happy day before the "Day Before"
I think I've gotten all the gifts bought and, those needed, mailed. I just wish I could mail each of my friends here a special gift!
I will instead send each of you my special wish of peace for this holiday season. Y'all are very special people and I'm so glad I know each of you.

Take care,

Hello everyone,
I hope Santa was good to everyone. He certainly stopped by my home. :)
I got up this morning with every intention of getting on my treadmill. I still have not. I'm very weary. I guess just too much Christmas cheer--and I'm not talking about liquor.
We are getting prepared to take our son his TV. He left it here last night. They (he and his dad) will have the pleasure of carrying it up the stairs to his apt. I'm staying way away from that!
I cooked us a turkey and we will eat some of it tonight. We ate at my nephew's yesterday. Last night, we were too full to eat anything at home.

I'll look forward to hearing what others did.

Bob, Tim, and I just hung out at home yesterday. My brothers were at their in-laws houses.

I stayed in the house, and those guys did our driveway and went to my aunt's house to do hers. I'm not sure how much snow we had for sure from Christmas Eve till Christmas morning, but at least 6 inches. It really was pretty.

We had chicken and noodles and mashed potatoes. I thought that would be a meal that Tim could eat without hurting very much. He's doing better today.

I feel better today too. I didn't go back to the doctor on Monday, because I thought I was starting to feel better. I really didn't want to go back on the prednisone. I think if I keep taking the antibiotic, use the inhaler regularly, take the cough medicine at night, and get plenty of sleep, I'll be nice and healthy when we go back to school.

Hi all,
I look forward to joining you again. I was really pleased with the presents we got this year. I got a music box for my daughter that I think she will always cherish.
God Bless

Tammy

I dreamed that all of the snow had melted and it was nice and warm outside. Well, the snow is still there and it's still cold. Bummer. lol

I'm meeting a couple friends for lunch later and have a roast in the crock pot for supper.

I'm planning on going back to Curves in the morning. I've only been there once since Thanksgiving, and that workout about did me in. Now that I'm feeling better, I think I'll do better. May not make it through all 3 cycles though. I might try for 2 and see how I feel. I don't want my bronchitis to get worse since I'm feeling better. Pretty smart, huh?

Hope all of you have a good weekend! I'm looking forward to doing nothing like I've been doing!! Napping, taking medicine, and reading. I've already finished 2 books this week Fine Things by Danielle Steel and Summer Sisters by Judy Blume. I'm reading 'Tis by ?? (I forget his name and the books at the other end of the house). The guy that wrote Angela's Ashes. I should finish it today.

I received 2 books for Christmas, so I'll be starting one of those next. Actually, I received another book (from the Left Behind series), but I already had it so Bob is returning it.

It's after 9;00. I think it's time to get Tim out of bed. I can't say much because I slept until 8:30. I've been getting up by 7:00, so the extra sleep must have been needed.

Hi All,

I hope that everyone is having a great holiday season.

Tammy, I'm so glad that you are finally feeling better!!! You've been pretty sick. Don't over do it at Curves... and use your inhaler before you go! You know we have to "Momma you some" :) How's Tim feeling?

Tina, did you get the tv to your son's apartment?

Maureen, glad you wrote. Hope you are doing good!

Viola, a music box is something that your daughter will treasure forever. That's a great gift.

I'm doing great. It is amazing how much better my knee feels. I know I keep saying it doesn't hurt when I walk but it DOESN'T. I can't wait until I can walk without crutches and can really get moving again. I'm getting bored sitting around. I'm starting to read "Dr. Phil's Self Matter's book". I'm working on myself in 2003. I can't wait to get back to Curves but it might be a while.

What is everyone's plans for New Year Eve? Pat 's band is playing and he wants me to go. I don't think I will since I'm not really suppose to get out of the house until the dr. appointment on the 6th.

Have a great evening. By the way, ya'll are the BEST!!!! :)

Greetings everyone!

Viola, welcome back here. :)

Tammy, I'm glad you are doing better. Do not, I say again, Do Not overdue anything, especially exercise until you are recovered. As Susan said, we are all "mother hens" here taking care of each other. ;)

Today has been a really lazy day. I walked on my treadmill for 30 minutes this afternoon. I didn't break much of a sweat, though.
My husband told me not to worry because I needed to rest after working so hard getting ready for Christmas. He's a sweetheart!!! I cut and froze some of the turkey and we went out for hamburgers.
I'm not following any kind of diet plan this season. I don't want to even look at my scales. :o

Susan, do you watch Oprah? I bought one of her "O" magazines for the first time. I got the January issue. It's a slick book. I'm impressed. It has some good things in it.
I have some money from my father-in-law that I might use to get a year's subscription to "O".

Yes, we got our son's TV up to his apt. They got it all set up and also the DVD my sister gave him. Lucky fellow!!!

I hope everyone has a great weekend.
Susan, I'm so glad you are doing so well. I'm sure Pat wants you to hear his band but do what the doctors tell you.

Later,
Tina

Tammy
12-28-2002, 05:31 AM
Susan, I laughed when I read what Tina said about doing what the doctors tell you. I was going to type that I think you should sneak out to hear Pat's band!!! Now you know why I always get into trouble!!! lol

Tim is feeling better. Eating more solid foods without problems, so I think he has down great. We go for a follow-up appointment on Monday.

Planning to go to Curves this morning, I will not overdo it, believe me. I went to Wal-Mart yesterday and had to rest after I walked from my car into the store. I'm pitiful!

I have Dr. Phil's book. I think that's the one I have. It really makes alot of sense. I should get started on it and a real On Program year.

I think I'm going back to bed for a while. I've been up since about 3:00. Just couldn't sleep. Curves doesn't open until 9, so I think I have plenty of time.

Tina

Boy, I didn't mean to sound like "a stick in the mud" for saying to follow the doctor's orders.
That made me sound so conservative !!!!!!!

Tammy, I'm so glad Tim is doing okay now.

We are going to tackle putting the border up in our bathroom. We didn't have time to do it before our company came and have been too busy since then. Today is the day. Hope I don't make too big of a mess. :)

Tammy and Tina,

Ya'll are the best!!!! :) I would love to go watch Pat's band play but as of right now, I can't wear any long pants because my knee is so sensitive. I have this funny feeling that it's still going to be. I honestly don't think I would be able to sit for 8 hours (from the time we leave home, get the equipment, they set up and play, then home again) I'm planning on staying at home. I really want to do EVERYTHING right!

Tammy, if it were a little farther out timewise.... I would go! I like to break the rules too :D It must be a teacher thing.

Tina, You weren't a stick in the mud. Like you said to Tammy about taking it easy..... "We all watch out for each other"

Susan

Oh my gosh! My SIL put the boarders up in the kitchen and bathroom before we moved in here. Both of my SIL's are quite talented when it comes to that kind of stuff, and sewing, and cooking, and everything else in the world. I am the world's biggest klutz!

I went to Curves this morning and made it through all 3 cycles (or whatever they are called). BUT I took rest breaks. The owner was keeping an eye on me the whole time. I was supposed to get weighed and measured on the 15th. We're just waiting until January 15 to do it since I've hardly been there at all.

I'm slowly (and I mean slowly) taking down Christmas things. I always have so much sitting and hanging around that I like to take my time so the house doesn't look completely naked all at once. lol

Tina

Hello,
I never take down the decorations until New Year's Day. Our tree still looks pretty good. It's just now starting to droop a little.

Can y'all believe it's almost New Year's Eve!!!!!!!
Susan, I'm glad Pat understands that you need to stay in. All that extra riding around in the car wouldn't do it any good.

We will go out to eat and maybe to a movie. I'm starving for seafood. There's a good place not too far from us.
Now, the movie is something else. It's so hard to eat and then get there in time. We might just rent one and come home.
We're not "party animals" anymore. Come to think of it, we really never were.

Anyone going to a party?

Tina

Tammy
12-29-2002, 11:12 PM
We're staying home with a shrimp tray. We're not getting it from Red Lobster this year. Bob's going to get 3 small ones at Wal Mart for cheaper than the one we usually get at RL. That will save us the drive too. It's at least 40 minutes to the nearest RL. Bob will just bring the shrimp home when he gets off of work.

I had thought about telling Tim to invite some friends for movies, etc. that night. But, I decided that we'll wait another year for that.

auntie
12-30-2002, 10:07 AM
We aren't party animals either! :) We normally stay in where we know we are safe. The last 2 years, Pat's band has played so that is where we've been. I'm having my last home physcial therapy and watching tv.

I love seafood. Red Lobster is one of my favorite places to go! Yum!! I told Pat this morning that I wanted a big hamburger from Chili's when he felt like getting out. Nothing like thinking of food in the middle of the night! I was thinking about it at 3 am.

Be careful out there! Tammy, how is the weather in Ohio? Tina, is it still foggy down your way?

Happy 2003

Well I hope everyone had a wonderful holiday. We had a very nice one with the exception of my mom getting pneumonia and having to put her back in the hospitol yesterday. I think she is going to be ok though. Her lungs aren't good (emphezema) so that makes it harder for her to fight it. But with Gods help she will be fine. I don't think I did as badly at straying off program this holiday as I did at Thanksgiving but I did splurge quite a bit. :D Next weeks WI will tell, huh? ;) Hope everyone has a GREAT week...Sis

Tina
12-30-2002, 04:56 PM
Oh, Sis , I am so sorry about your mother. My prayers are with her and you.
Congrats for doing better at Christmas than Thanksgiving.

I got on my treadmill this morning and walked for half an hour. It felt so good! I had oatmeal and hot tea for breakfast.
For lunch, I had a Subway roast beef w/mustard. (I can't stand mustard but decided to forgo even the lite mayo.)
For supper, we are having veggies and more veggies.
Water---I've had 4 glasses so far today. That's lots better than it's been over the holidays.

I love talking to Sis, Kady, Tammy, and Susan but---- where is everyone else?????!!!!????
I hope just because we don't always call everyone else by name that people get their feelings hurt and don't post.

Everyone have a fun New Year's Eve.----I'll probably post tomorrow.

(Tammy, I knew you always got a tray from RL but thought y'all might go to town this year. :) )

Sis, hope your mom is feeling better soon! I've had bronchitis since Thanksgiving and it isn't fun! Prayers are being sent her way.

it has been about 50 degrees here today and raining. Had to take Tim for his tooth appointment this morning and it was pretty foggy. The snow is melting, but there was quite a bit to melt. I don't know what it's supposed to be like the rest of the week, but not as warm.

Tina

Tammy, how is Tim doing?
I hope everything is healing properly.

It's hot and humid here. We had a little rain earlier and are supposed to have bad storms tonight.
Would you believe, I have the a/c going and it's the end of Dec.

Well, it has rained, rained and rained some more today! We had some major storms. The dog still hasn't come out from hiding.

Sis, I'm sorry to hear about your mom. She will be in our prayers.
Tammy, are you feeling better yet?
Tina, I agree with you. Just because we don't mention everyone , we still miss them. Where is everyone? Let us know you are doing ok.

Please have a safe & Happy New Year's Eve!

Good Morning! I've been lurking for awhile now, and would very much like to join your thread. I tried yesterday to post but for some reason it wouldn't work, so I'm hoping it comes through today.
I'm 38 years old and living in Illinois. My 3 children and I moved to Illinois in September 2001 and I married for the second time in October of the same year. I am originally from BC Canada and met my present husband online. After going back and forth for two years we decided that we were "meant" to be together and hence our present day situation.
Moving and living here for the past year has been a big adjustment for my kids and myself, but we are finally feeling like it's "home". I recently got back to work and now I'm looking forward to 2003.
My goals for 2003 include getting healthy and losing weight. I plan on following (from home) the WW point plan as well as walking at least 15 miles a week to begin with (I work in a school and have access to the gymnasium).
So I'm hoping I can offer support and encouragement here as well as look for it when I might need it.
If someone could give me a brief overview of how your thread started...how it works...and any other pointers that would help me out I would appreciate it.
What do I need to do?
Thanks for reading and I hope to get to know you all better in the New Year!
Cheers!

Welcome, Cindy!!!!! We are so glad you decided to join in the fun here. :D There are several Canadians here so you can hear how things are doing back home.

About our threads--yes, we have two of them----Thursday Chatters and Thursday Weigh-In Results.

I started the Thursday Weigh-in Results thread back in 1998 or '99. (Someone help me here-when was it?)
Back then, I wanted some support and I weighed at WW on Thursdays. It got where we not only posted our weekly scale results but also talked, talked, talked. Hence, we added the Thursday Chatters .
Not everyone follows WW now or weighs in on Thursdays. We are just one big (oops), happy family here. There are no rules. We give each other support and suggestions.

Do you have a specific amount of weight you want to lose?
Please post as often as you want. We are so glad you are here!

Welcome Cindy!! Glad you have decided to join us! this is a great group if I say so myself. As Tina said, we are one happy family! We have people from all over. I'm from Texas, I live about 30 miles north of Dallas.

Ok Ladies, it's that time again. I need to refocus and start getting rid of some of this weight. I plan to watch what I eat and start eating healthier.

Kady, you are an inspiration for me!!! Did you make Lifetime yet?

Tina, thanks for starting the thread years ago!

Tammy, How are you feeling today? Enjoy that shrimp tonight!

Cindy, once again we are glad that you have joined us.

Hope you have a great New Year's Eve!

HAPPY NEW YEARS!!!
I can't believe that it is already the beginning of a new year, AGAIN! Where do they seem to go? It seems like yesterday I was still a kid (even though at 40, I still act like one :) )

Maureen, congratulations on day 22 of no smoking!! You should be very proud of yourself. Have fun with your family!

Hope everyone has a GREAT day!

Hi everyone,
My goal is really a dress size. I would like to be a size 12, right now I'm a 20 (depending on the dress). I think if I weighed 140, that would be it for me.
I'm doing ww at home for the moment, jounaling on-line, etc. My biggest trap seems to be eating under stress. I can go a whole day on the program, but get stressed and undo it all.
I did do ww a few years ago and lost 30 lbs. I should not have quit when I quit losing. I hope I will stick with it this time!

Happy New Year!!!! Did y'all make resolutions and plan on keeping them????? :)

Maureen, you are doing super not smoking.

Viola, you have your mind set on losing to a size 12 and I believe you'll do it!!!!!!

Sis, is your mother still in the hospital? I've been thinking about you both.

Tammy, I hope you are feeling lots better. Do not overdo at Curves .

Cindy, we haven't heard from you in a few days. Please post!

Susan, Did Pat's band play super on New Year's Eve? Of course, Pat would have to tell you if they did. ;)

Kady, are you snowed in now? It got down to freezing north of Houston last night. It was soooo cold in the livingroom last night. I'm not a cold weather person. :D

I wish all of us good wishes and good luck this month.

My resolution is to get in better shape both mentally and physically!! This means "I plan to take care of myself"!!!! Does anyone else have a resolution for the new year?

Tina, Pat said the club was very crowded on New Year's Eve. When I asked how it was... I got the usual "it was ok." Which means it was great. :)

Hope everyone is having a super day!

My mom got to come home yesterday. She's doing better but she will have to be on some antibiotics for another week or so. Hopefully this will be her only bout with pneumonia this year. Thanks so much for thinking of us. :) It's going to be a long road but we'll make it with Gods help. Have a great week end....Sis

Hi,
How is everyone doing?
I had an atrocious weekend, food-wise. :(

Tomorrow, I'm going to begin again journaling. Every bite that goes into my mouth will be written down.

Hi girls.....it's been awhile since I've posted, sounds like you are all doing great!

Congrats on being smoke free so long Maureen!! You're doing great so far.

Susan, glad to hear that your doing much better since your knee surgery...are you still seeing the physical therapist?

Tina, how'd your food day go today? Did you write everything down like you wanted to? Don't let one "atrocious" day get you down... that's an interesting word and hard to spell :D..

I myself let one bad day turn into lots of bad days...which resulted in me not posting any more, and ended up not loosing, but gaining weight... I never even stepped on a scale til after xmas...scary :) but have decided to give it another shot.. and that's what I'm doing. Weighed in on 12/28...and have been journalling this whole time. I am down 8 pounds since then!!
I didn't make any New Year's Res. cause I didn't want to break any, but I am hoping to get the weight off finally and keep it off.

Well that's about a novels worth of chattering for one night. Hope everyone has a great rest of the week!!

Hello Dee!!!!!!!!!!!!!
You are very welcome back at this site.
(Did I spell "atrocious" wrong? There's probably a spell checker here but I don't know where.)
Your weight loss shows you can do this. You can do this!
Please-----post often.

Today, Tuesday, is the start of my journaling. Also, I'm going to get on my exercise bike today for a little while. I've been nursing a very sore, bruised little toe. I have barely been able to walk on it. (While mopping, a picture frame fell hitting my little toe with the corner of the frame. Ouch...it's been black and blue.)

Good luck to everyone today.

Welcome Back Dee!! We've missed you!!! We are here for each other!!!

How is everyone doing with their resolutions? I'm doing ok on mine!

Dee, I'm like you are..... if I have a bad food day, it turns into a bad food week. :( Then I feel real quilty and eat some more! You've done great getting after it again. Way to go girl!!!! :bravo:

Maureen, how many days of no smoking is it now? Keep up the good work!!

Tina, how is the journaling going? Poor baby with that hurt toe!!! Soak it in warm epsom salt. It will take some of the swelling and brusing out of it. I promise it will feel better!!

Tammy, did you go back to school? How is that bronchitis? I hope you are finally over it now!!

Sis, how is your mom? I hope improving each day!!

As for me, I'm doing ok. I'm now able to start working my way down to 1 crutch. Honestly, I'm a little nervous (they say it's normal). I'll know on Friday if I can go back to work 1/2 day next week.

Thanks for the welcome back!

You spelled that word right Tina, I'd never have got it right (I copied what you typed).... that little toe sounds painful... see how dangerous house work can be :). Good luck on journalling!

Be careful Susan walking around with your crutch. I bet you'll be glad to get back to normal life activities even if it is just going back to work for part days.

I'm not gonna write much, I've been sick for 2 days (even missed work which is rare) so I need to rest up, but I also need to do some of that dangerous house work as I have company coming over in a few days... so it's gonna be slow cleaning with lots of rest breaks...and no mopping :D

Good day!

Dee, I hope you feel better soon!

Susan, are you using just one crutch today?

Tammy----where are you girl? I hope you are feeling fine now.

I'm still journaling. Yea for me!!!!
I'm trying something different this week. I am not eating any starch (bread, pasta, cereal, etc.) at breakfast or lunch. I'm waiting until the evening meal. Now, I don't know if that will help but it sure can't hurt. Today, I feel less stuffy. We''ll see. I'll let y'all know if it makes a difference in the scale results.

We are so happy to have so many new "faces" on our threads.

Sorry that I haven't posted or read messages for a while. Not even sure when the last time was. We had shrimp on New Year's Eve as usual. It was yummy!

Went back to school 1/6. My kids were so good it scared me!! They were good yesterday and today too. Wonder what happened to them over break?

I still have not started journaling. I keep saying that I'm going to do it, but I don't. I'm still using my inhalers, but I'm feeling much better. The cough isn't as fierce as it once was. It's still there though.

Today after school, some of us got together and did the 1-mile Walk off the Pounds video. We're going to reserve Tues. Wed. Thurs. for that, and we'll just try to make it at least 2 of the nights. Dumb me, after I did that, I went to Curves and did a complete workout. Never again until I am in better shape and healthier!!!! I can hardly move. I took a long shower when I got home, and plan to take some Tylenol before I go to bed. Sure was a dumb move. I'll plan better the next time. Only one of those things per day!!

Weigh in tomorrow. Hopefully it's down from last week for all of us.

Hi everyone,

Dee, Hope you are feeling better! Take it easy!!

Tammy, boy were you ambitious walking and going to Curves! I glad to hear that you are feeling better.

Tina, excellent job journalling!!! It paid off with your loss!

Well, I didn't have a very good day. Remember my friend from high school that had cancer. I found out that she died on Dec. 29. She had 1 son and was a high school teacher. I had forgotten that we shared the same birthday. It just hit a little too close to home.

My leg hurts today....actually it's my calf. I'm suppose to call and let them know in the morning about work next week. I'm not sure what I'm going to do yet. I don't want to over do it yet.

My food today was not too good. Tomorrow will be better!

Gang, I'm going to start a new thread. This one is getting very long.
