Exclamation Letting yourself eat

So I'm on a mini-break weekend in las Vegas right now and I have saved up my weekly points so that I can eat. However, I can't shake the guilt! I think I need to find a way to let myself eat if it's within plan...

love the title of your post!!! that was a big challenge for me after losing weight, because you get into this mindset, and you do have to let yourself eat and take the belt off from time to time. Eat good nourishing food and thoroughly enjoy yourself and you will be fine!

'everything in moderation...even moderation!'

Hey, if you can find good choices that you don't feel guilty about, there is nothing wrong with that! Going on vacation doesn't mean you HAVE to eat bad as well. After I have been healthy, I don't even want a lot of the fried foods or sweets because my tastes have changed. So I can't say it's really a bad thing unless you are having serious anxiety about it. But if you are just thinking "I don't want to eat that because it's bad for me" than I think it's okay and good tasting foods don't always have to be bad for you.

I agree with Ashley829. If there is something specific that you're craving, treat yourself to that and feel good about it! Everything is okay in moderation, just have to keep it that way Have fun on your trip!
