March 18-July 4th = about 3.5 months. Sounds like a good period of time to be setting some medium-term goals!
I want to emphasize all aspects of living a healthy life, so I want to set some fitness goals as well as weight loss
GOAL 1: Do the 30 Day Shred twice.
GOAL 2: Start swimming 4x/wk.
GOAL 3: Finish C25K and bring my 1.5 miles down below 16 minutes.
GOAL 4: Size 8 pants. (I'm almost fitting a 12 right now.)
GOAL 5: 25 lb loss. (I'm holdin steady at 165 currently. Haven't weighed below 145 since puberty!!)
I'm feeling this! Attacking from all sides, one bite at a time, is going to make me hot! Thanks for making this thread!
Making a spreadsheet's not so hard. Open Microsoft Excel, click and drag the columns and rows to be where you want them, and start typing!
You don't need to know any equations, just fill in the boxes. Play with the font and colors to spruce it up
