Well it appears that I'm retaining water like there is no tomorrow. I recently upped my strength training and it doesn't seem that bad when I'm doing the actual workout but then the next day I get terribly sore and the pain doesn't go away for like 2-3 days so I've been forced to take more days off which is frustrating me. I'm also PMSing which stales my weight loss as usal. Atm my butt, the back of my thighs, my upper abs, and my triceps are killing me, I have a horrible urge to eat even though I know I'm not hungry, and my hormones are making me want to cry. I am going to stick to plan as much as I can and hopefully this will all settle down soon. It seems like it would all be worth it if my weight was still coming down but atm I'm up one pound from last week. Ugh.
