Default can I switch my lunch for my dinner today?

I'm feeling like crap today. I moved around some furniture a few hours ago and it wiped me out. I had had my breakfast (a bar) prior to that, but I am still weak and shaky. I feel like I'll throw up a shake or something like that just because it doesnt taste like real food and that if I have some real food it might actually help me.

Will this throw things off??? Help! I'm so weak and shaky.

Absolutely! You can swap if you'd like. You might have overdone it w/exercise and you might consider throwing in a bit more protein today.

Oh good. Thanks so much for your help.

do you think that the extra exercise will mess up my weight loss?

Default Swapping meals

I swap lunch & dinner all the time, depending on my schedule. I work in a restaurant (lucky me!!) and so if I have to stay and not come home for lunch I have the chef fix me 'dinner,' then I have 'lunch' with my veggies & packet when I get home in the evening. As long as you stay on protocol, you should be fine.

I don't know if the extra exercise will 'mess up' your loss, but it probably won't make it any better! I had a weekend with some extra activity a couple weeks ago, and although I had lost 4 pounds between Monday and Friday, I didn't lose a thing between Friday and my Monday WI!!

Good luck!

I switch mine sometimes depending on where I am or what's going on. I started exercising this week (lightly) but I'm in week 6 and my doctor/coach said it was ok. Honestly I was so out of shape and exhausted the first 3 weeks I could barely make it up the stairs. Good luck!

When you switch up, do you switch the vitamins along with the meal? Meaning, if having dinner for lunch, do you take the Cal-Mag and Multi at lunchtime and none at dinner time?

If you are exerting yourself via exercise, your body needs energy quick. It will go for the glycogen stores first, but since we have depleted those stores, it goes for muscle. That is why heavy excercise is not recommended. Your body burns fat best when at rest. I think you will be fine though!

Honestly, the timing of the supps don't matter for most people. Especially if you use the cal-mag from IP.

I usually take the supplements in the evening, regardless of whether I'm eating dinner or lunch. For me, it's important to keep on a specific schedule/timeframe, as I have a hard enough time remembering to take everything!
