What would be a serving of brown rice pasta for phase 2? cause i dont see it under the pasta list?

CyndiM Working on healthy Join Date: Oct 2007 Location: Vermont Posts: 6,681 Height: 5'5.5	I usually weigh, it's half an ounce dry. It's a pretty small dish of pasta. I usually bulk my sauce up with lots of veggies so I get a decent sized bowl of food.
