Question When you add a starch in..what is a serving of brown rice pasta?

What would be a serving of brown rice pasta for phase 2? cause i dont see it under the pasta list?

I usually weigh, it's half an ounce dry. It's a pretty small dish of pasta. I usually bulk my sauce up with lots of veggies so I get a decent sized bowl of food.
